Last updated 5 September 2026

1. Who is responsible

DREAMEC STUDIOS LTD (company number 17304431), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about anything on this page at studio@dreamec.com.

2. What we collect

  • Payment details. When you pay a deposit, your name, email, phone number and billing address are collected through Stripe’s checkout. Your full card number never reaches our servers.
  • Booking details. When you book a scope call, your name, email and the notes attached to the booking, including the package and add-ons you selected, are collected through Cal.com.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, the package and add-ons you select, and whether you reach checkout or a booking. Collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel, together with the cookies and device identifiers those services set.
  • Project material. Anything you send us to build with: brand assets, photography, copy, and access credentials.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To take payment and deliver the project you commissioned. Performance of a contract.
  • To answer enquiries and run scope calls. Legitimate interests, and steps prior to a contract.
  • To measure which advertising works and improve this page. Consent, where required, otherwise legitimate interests.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

4. Who we share it with

Only the processors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Netlify (hosting), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms and may store it outside the UK and the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum, or an adequacy decision.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. You can refuse or remove them in your browser settings, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop them loading at all. Blocking them does not affect your ability to pay a deposit or book a call.

6. How long we keep it

Records relating to payments and contracts are kept for seven years to meet UK accounting requirements. Enquiry and booking records are kept for two years after our last contact. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the relevant platform, currently 14 months. Project material is kept while we work together and for one year afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, and where we rely on legitimate interests you can object.

Email studio@dreamec.comand we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

Data is held on services protected by encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the ICO as the law requires.

9. Children

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are sent by email.
